We will spend the day outside (hopefully) in nature under the oaks aligning with the healing vibrations of nature, souns, and the flow of Reiki.
Come at 9:30 for refreshments and fellowship. We will share a delicious light lunch and plenty of snacks will be available. Details of the day will be shared with registrants.

Reiki Sessions
Reiki helps to promote a sense of relaxation and overall well-being. During your Reiki Session you will be lying on a massage table fully clothed, except for your shoes. As the practitioner begins to work on you, you will feel a sense of peace beginning to wash over you. Your mind will begin to quiet down as your physical body begins to relax. In fact, Reiki is so relaxing that sometimes clients may fall asleep during the session.
